Development of a connectivity map for measurement of total supply chain value

Organisations intend to optimise their supply chain (SC) by following the most suitable SC strategies that serve business interest gain a competitive advantage. This paper reviews literature extract relationship between leagile attributes and drivers estimate total value (TSCV). As result, three efficiency & flexibility (E&F), decoupling point (DP) virtual network (VN) along with four main consisting of production, distribution, inventory information have been deployed. Effects are evaluated measure TSCV using performance metrics i.e., cost, quality, service lead time. research developed conceptual connectivity map average each driver at micro-level (upstream/downstream) evaluate macro-level for optimisation. The proposed would support managers implement strategy measuring TSCV.
